EDS Checklist 

EDS 2025 is in a few short weeks!

These 5 tips will help you get the most out of your week and save valuable time. 

EDS Checklist: 

  1. Register and make sure all necessary staff members are listed in the registration system.
  2. Badges are printed from the registration info, so make sure to check that your name and company name are displayed the way you want them to show on your badge.
  3. Confirm appointments and remind partners that everyone in the show area must register and display an EDS badge.
  4. Add the ECIA Member Welcome Reception (5/19 3 pm) and All-EDS Kick­off Reception (5/19 4-5:30 pm) to your calendar. Both are in the Lily Ballroom.
  5. Make dining reservations before you get to Vegas to avoid the evening rush.
