ECIA Announces Conference Session: ‘Beyond Onboarding: Acquisitions, New Hires and Company Culture
Speakers will explore strategies that go beyond traditional onboarding.

Atlanta — The ECIA Executive Conference Committee has finalized a session entitled Beyond Onboarding: Acquisitions, New Hires and Company Culture.

Speakers unpacking this highly relevant topic include Carla Mahrt, JJM Search; Joe Berry, Bel Fuse; Lynn Hutkin, Bel Fuse; and Suzanne Kozlovsky, Bel Fuse.

  • Carla Mahrt is founder and president of JJM Search, a global executive search firm. Carla has a unique ability to connect and build long-lasting relationships which she utilizes to bring together bright people with great companies in the electronics industry
  • Joe Berry is Vice President of Magnetic Solutions. Joe joined Bel in 1999 through the acquisition of Lucent Technologies’ Transformer and Inductor division. 
  • Suzanne Kozlovsky has over 20 years of HR leadership experience. She joined Bel in November 2022 as the Global Head of People.
  • Lynn Hutkin is the Vice President of Financial Reporting and Investor Relations for Bel Fuse Inc. Lynn has been with Bel for 16 years in roles of increasing responsibilities in the areas of corporate accounting, financial reporting and investor relations.

In this session, the speakers will explore strategies that go beyond traditional onboarding, focusing on the critical role of organizational culture in the success of mergers and acquisitions.
