ECIA Adds Conference Session: ‘Resilience, Perseverance and Industry Insights’
Keith Bandolik shares his remarkable story.

Atlanta — The ECIA Executive Conference Committee is pleased to announce the latest confirmed session is a presentation from industry veteran Keith Bandolik entitled ‘Resilience, Perseverance, and Industry Insights’. This session is scheduled for Tuesday, October 22 at 10 am. 

This session will cover rising above unimaginable adversities and navigating the unexpected complications of life while remaining vigilant, positive, and thankful. Running a successful business for over thirty-five years, through multiple acquisitions, economic turns, and a pandemic, all while dealing with life-or-death health setbacks goes beyond challenging.

Keith Bandolik has been President and CEO of Switchcraft since 1989. Starting in customer service at Switchcraft in 1978 directly out of college, Keith has held a variety of positions at Switchcraft including Distribution Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Director of Quality before taking on his current role. He is most proud that Switchcraft continues to manufacture most all of their products in the USA in their two factories in the Chicago area.  

Keith sold Switchcraft three times after its 20-year ownership by Raytheon. The company was sold to two different private equity companies until it was sold to the current owner HEICO in 2011.
