Conference Session Announced on Future-Proofing the Workplace

The ECIA Executive Conference Committee is pleased to announce a panel discussion session focused on issues related to current and future workforce expectations. Robert Derringer, Director, Global Channel, Crouzet has assembled a unique panel to tackle the continuing challenge of attracting and retaining talent.

The professionals will share insight on how they’ve learned to move beyond performative actions to better understand GenZ and younger Millennials, while younger professionals share their views on how they envision a collaborative environment that will keep them engaged and productive in the workforce of tomorrow. Joining Robert will be Lori Bruno, Rob Brunson, Sunwoo Lee and Andjela Pasi.
