ECIA’s GIPC Welcomes New Committee Member Atlanta — ECIA is pleased to announce that Michelle Dreyer, Chief Revenue Officer, Visual Communications Company (VCC) has joined the GIPC. Michelle is responsible for sales, marketing, and product initiatives in the HMI manufacturing sector, and is focused on driving innovation and growth. “Michelle will be a valuable addition to the very talented team of industry professionals already on our current committee,” Don Elario, ECIA’s VP of Industry Practices commented. “Her collaborative approach and extensive background in component channel and OEM marketing will be invaluable for the work we do on the GIPC. I look forward to working with her to create new efficiencies in the component supply chain.” Michelle has demonstrated exceptional leadership across various strategic roles at TE Connectivity, including Director of Product Management, Sales Director for the Americas, and Sr. Manager of Distribution for the Sensors business unit. Prior to her tenure at TE Connectivity, she played critical roles in the technology sector, serving as Sales and Business Development Manager at One Resonance Sensors, and holding multiple customer and channel-facing positions at ST Microelectronics and Avnet Electronics. Her vast professional network includes key channel partners such as Arrow and Avnet Electronics, alongside direct engagements with clients ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 500 giants. Michelle’s collaborative approach has been instrumental in driving the development and scaling of platforms for a diverse array of markets, including the Industrial, Aerospace, Energy, IoT, and Medical sectors. Michelle graduated Summa Cum Laude from Chapman University in California with a BA in Psychology. She resides in Arizona with her husband.
