ECIA’s GIPC Welcomes New Committee Member Atlanta — ECIA is pleased to announce that Ashley Quinlan, Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Molex, has joined the Global Industry Practices Committee (GIPC). The GIPC works to identify common global electronics challenges and issues and organize Subject Matter Experts to research, provide guidance and drive adoption of measures to increase efficiencies throughout the global authorized channel for electronic components. “I am thrilled to welcome Ashley to the GIPC,” commented Don Elario, ECIA’s VP of Industry Practices. “Ashley’s deep understanding of the digital platforms and processes that drive design and procurement in the interconnect space will be invaluable as we guide the industry to higher levels of efficiency and digital competency. Ashley adds this essential area of subject matter expertise to the very talented team of industry professionals already on the committee,” he added. “I look forward to working with her to drive best practices within our industry.” Ashley Quinlan began her new role at Molex in January 2024 as Senior Director of Digital Marketing , following her successful leadership role driving digital transformation and achieving substantial market share growth at Samtec. Before joining the electronics industry 13 years ago, she held strategic sales and marketing positions with prominent B2C companies including Kraft Foods and Maker’s Mark Bourbon. Ashley was recognized as one of The Top 50 Women Leaders of Kentucky for 2023 and resides in Louisville with her husband and two children.
