Executive Committee Announces Session on ‘Building a Winning Culture’

ECIA Celebrates World Standards Week  

World Standards Week will be celebrated in the US the week of October 9-13. This year, Edward F. Mikoski, VP of Standards and Technology at ECIA will receive the Howard Coonley Medal, which recognizes an executive who has benefitted the national economy through voluntary standardization and conformity assessment and has given outstanding support to standardization as a management tool, at the Awards Dinner on October 11.  

ECIA actively participates in both US and international standards programs through the American National Standards Institute ANSI), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ECIA maintains over 200 American National Standards through the work of its Standards Committees and participates in 13 Technical Committees of the IEC and 1 Technical Committee of the ISO. EIA Standards cover a wide range of topics and technologies and ECIA member companies are highly encouraged to check out the EIA Technical Standards page of the ECIA website to learn more.


ECIA Research and Analysis 

ECIA offers its members insight into the industry and a variety of market trends information. Members can log into the website and visit the Stats & Insights page to access an increasing number of statistical reports. Some are available to the public, some to members and others are only accessible to those who participate in the survey.
