ECIA Launches Booster Club for Members
Program highlights members that have shown exceptional engagement levels

Atlanta — ECIA is pleased to announce a new initiative to recognize members that have shown exceptional engagement levels. ECIA measures member engagement each quarter through a scorecard system that tallies data on the following:

  • Serving on Board/Councils/Committees
  • Sponsorships/donations
  • Attending events/webinars and/or participating in PACE training
  • ECIA member logo on company website
  • Number of employees creating profiles on the ECIA website
  • Participation on inventory site or use of DSS or API
  • Participation in ECIA stats/surveys

Members are considered engaged if they actively participate in three or more of the measurements listed. The members that scored in the top ranks with six or seven of the scorecard elements have been inducted into the new ECIA Member Booster Club, gaining extra visibility and recognition.

“This new club is to honor members for their commitment to ECIA activities, initiatives, and the electronic components industry at large,” explained Stephanie Tierney, ECIA Director of Marketing Communications and Member Engagement. “New companies that achieve the Booster Club rank will be announced semiannually,” she added.
