ECIA 2022 Executive Conference Speaker Announced 
Dennis Reed’s Session entitled ‘Opportunities Out of Disruption’ 

 
Atlanta — The opportunities that have emerged from the disruptions of the past few years are the focus of Dennis Reed’s session at the 2022 ECIA Executive Conference. From Covid, to material shortages, to emerging technologies, the industry has arguably never experienced a period of both supply and demand disruption like the one that we have all experienced since 2020. Despite this disruption, growth rates have soared, new business models have emerged, and we have all learned to operate differently than we did several years ago.  
 
Getting to the heart of the 2022 Executive Conference theme, ‘Bucking Normal, the Resilient Thrive Through Disruption,’ this presentation will look back at the lessons learned over the past several years, but more importantly we will focus on the opportunities that have emerged from the disruption and how to position your business to capitalize.  
 
Dennis Reed is a Senior Research Analyst in Technology at Edgewater Research. Dennis started in the industry in 2005 at FTN Midwest Research on the technology & semiconductor team. In 2006, he was a founding member of Cleveland Research Company and continued to develop an extensive network of technology industry professionals in the semiconductor, distribution, memory and HDD industries throughout the world. For this presentation, he will be tailoring this research specifically to the electronic components industry.
