ECIA 2022 Executive Conference Speaker Announced
Steve McClatchy’s session is entitled ‘Decide: Personal Leadership’

Atlanta — The personal decision-making process is the focus of one of the keynote sessions at the 2022 Executive Conference, themed ‘Bucking Normal, the Resilient Thrive Through Disruption’. Sponsored by the TTI Family of Specialists, this session will present a system to help individuals achieve more, overcome obstacles and enable the ability to embrace the change that comes with improvement.
“Your life is a product of your decisions,” explained McClatchy. “Your criteria for making decisions are at the very core of your effectiveness. Great decision-making habits can yield a lifetime of success and achievements while poor ones can keep you stressed, frustrated, and out of balance. Consistently improving your life and achieving your goals is not easy. The problem is that goals mean improvement, and improvement means change, and change is not always welcome. Just as a business must never stop learning, improving, and innovating to lead in the marketplace, as individuals we are faced with this same challenge,” he concluded.
Steve has spoken before thousands of audiences on the topics of leadership, performance, personal growth, and work/life engagement. His client list includes the NFL, Google, Pfizer, Microsoft, Disney, NBC Universal, Accenture, John Deere, Under Armour, Wells Fargo and Campbell’s Soup. He is a frequent guest lecturer at Harvard and Wharton. He has appeared on ABC, CBS, Fox News, NBC’s Today Show and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Entrepreneur and Investor’s Business Daily. Steve’s passion is for continual improvement and believes that when we stop learning, gaining experience and achieving goals we stop living. Steve is best known for his passion, sense of humor and energetic personality.
“Steve’s ability to engage and inspire comes highly recommended and I’m looking forward to his session. Being able to make good decisions during periods of massive disruption as we are experiencing now is certainly a skill that each of us can improve,” added ECIA President and CEO David Loftus. “Thanks to the TTI Family of Specialists for sponsoring this important session.”
The schedule has been posted and the latest information on the conference is available now.
The Executive Conference runs October 23-25 at the Loews Chicago O'Hare.
