TE Connectivity’s Cynthia Kellam Will Present at 2022 ECIA Executive Conference
Topic is Post Pandemic Transformations - B2C Customer Expectations in a B2B World

Atlanta — ECIA is pleased to announce the second session for the 2022 ECIA Executive Conference themed ‘Bucking Normal - the Resilient Thrive on Disruption.’ Cynthia Kellam, Global Head of Digital, CX & Marketing Data/Insights/Analytics for TE Connectivity will share her insights on ‘Post Pandemic Transformations - B2C Customer Expectations in a B2B World.’

B2B customers increasingly expect a frictionless customer-led experience, primarily served via self-serve digital channels at every step of their journey, from initial research through to purchase and post-sale activities. The shift in the B2B journey began prior to COVID-19, but since then has accelerated with the move to digital now being the most immediate and dramatic force changing B2B customer behaviors. This dramatic force is changing commercial models. In this session, attendees will learn Kellam’s top five recommendations for creating experiences, and internal cultures, that deliver on those ever-increasing customer expectations.

Cynthia Kellam leads digital transformation at TE Connectivity where she excels at customer centric innovation, omni-channel strategy and collaborative organization culture. “My passion is leveraging data with human-driven insights to help organizations navigate and simplify internal processes in service to the customer, and as a growth driver for the business,” she explained. Cynthia joined TE Connectivity in 2013, establishing a digital experience design practice, redesigning and launching TE.com in 2015, followed by an e-commerce launch and leadership of enterprise product data and taxonomy transformation. In 2020 Cynthia assumed leadership of TE.com overall and in 2021 added leadership for TE’s CX COE including customer research, Voice of the Customer, and business enablement. She co-chairs TE’s ALIGN ERG, focused on inclusivity through support and advocacy for LGBTQ+ employees. Cynthia earned her B.A. in Anthropology from Haverford College and completed graduate studies in Anthropology at Columbia University.

“Cynthia has been at the vanguard of digital transformation at TE Connectivity, one of the leaders in the industry and I am looking forward to hearing her recommendations,” added ECIA President and CEO David Loftus. “The electronic components sales channel is driven by technology and innovation; the industry has to constantly be looking for ways to accelerate improvements in efficiencies to better serve customers. This session promises to provide attendees with actionable ways to achieve substantial gains.”
