Proven Strategies to Attract, Hire and Retain Your Most Valuable Asset
Wednesday | June 8 | 3 pm ET | Register Now

ECIA is partnering with the Association Education Alliance to bring you this webinar! The war for talent is escalating. Some organizations are ill-prepared to handle the challenges of an increasingly complex labor market, shackled by the “we’ve always done it this way” mentality. Others are thriving, armed with analytical insights and surrounded by allies, allowing them to snap up highly performing “impact players” and supercharge their growth. Join this session to learn more. Remember to select ECIA in the drop down at registration.

Member of the Week

We are pleased to honor Falcon Electronics as ECIA’s Member of the Week.

Falcon was established in 1994 as an SDB that specializes in the distribution of Hi-Rel semiconductors and other related electronic components. Falcon enjoys a solid reputation with a broad range of clients in the Avionics, Military and Space (AMS) industry.

Brian Diaz (President) and Skip Wecker (VP Marketing and Sales) have extensive experience servicing major customers in the Mil-Aero industry since the late 70’s, working for the two premier distributors of that time, Components Plus and Zeus Components, respectively. Falcon was founded on the skills and experience of its management. These skills and experience have created a valuable channel partner for both customers and suppliers.

Falcon Electronics has been an ECIA member for 22 years and we are grateful for the years of support!
