ECIA Welcomes Toby Lasley to Manufacturers’ Representative Council
Toby brings a wealth of experience to help Council meet objectives.

ATLANTA –  ECIA is pleased to announce that Toby Lasley has joined the ECIA’s Independent Manufacturers Rep Council. Toby is currently VP of sales and marketing for ION Associates. He has had a range of responsibilities over his 22 years’ experience including major account coverage and leading a sales team in Latin America. Toby earned a degree from the University of Texas. He resides in Austin, Texas with his wife, three children, and dog.

“It is an honor to be selected as a member of the ECIA Independent Manufacturers’ Rep Council,” Lasley commented. “I look forward to working with Chairman Alan Ahern and the other Council members to advocate for the role of the manufacturers’ rep in the electronic components industry supply chain and work on issues to improve efficiencies.”

“We are very pleased Toby has accepted the position as a new rep council member,” continued Alan Ahern. “Toby brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. We look forward to utilizing his skills to help accomplish the goals and objectives that the council is currently implementing.”

ECIA has three councils reporting directly to the Board of Directors. The Distributor, Manufacturer and Manufacturers Rep Councils are made up of 12 members each and have oversight responsibility for their specific priorities and agenda items. The council meetings are a forum for the groups to discuss their individual constituent needs and issues.  All members are invited guests to the appropriate council meetings.
