December 2025 Highlight - Michael Longano, Millennium Alliance 

What is your involvement with ECIA and what have you gained from your engagement with the association? 
I've been an active member in ECIA for the last 15 years and the ECIA Rep Council for the last 10 years.

What does your company do and what is your role in your company?
Millennium Alliance is a Manufacturer’s Representative in the Electronic components market. My role is President – Started the business in 1993. We are located in the Great Lakes Marketplace.

What is your favorite thing about this industry?
The people & relationships we have are tremendous. The Electronics industry is very special and creates lifetime relationships.

Having the chance to spend time with leading electronic component manufacturers, other manufacturer representatives, and authorized distributors is also very special. We all have a common goal to make our Industry of selling electronic components "Best in Class." We also have the networking side of ECIA that is very special with high level engagements with top executives in our business.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Family and Faith - Playing Golf, Fitness, Travel.

Are you currently binging any shows on Netflix, Hulu etc.?
Not all that engaged but I did watch Mob Land, Tulsa King, Landman – Sapranos re-runs.
