July 2025 Highlight - Bob Garcia, Quadrep Ferrari Technologies 

What is your involvement with ECIA and what have you gained from your engagement with the association?
I currently serve on the core committee for the ECIA’s Executive Conference for which I have been a member for many years.  This committee shapes the content and direction of the Executive Conference.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my engagement has been the relationships I’ve built with peers and executives from leading organizations. ECIA has significantly expanded both my network and my knowledge base on the industry.

What does your company do and what is your role in your company?
Quadrep Ferrari Technologies is a manufacturer’s representative serving the Southern California market.  We specialize in Interconnect, Semiconductor, Thermal, Passive solutions working with our customers to bring the right solution to them.

I have the role of sales manager as I oversee our sales teams and manage principal relationships to ensure we continue to exceed both our principal and customers’ expectations.

What is your favorite thing about this industry?
My favorite thing about the electronics industry is the passionate people involved in the industry and the products that are developed that impact our everyday lives.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
My grandchildren and golf.

Are you currently binging any shows on Netflix, Hulu etc.?
My binging starts in late August and runs through April. I am an avid College football and Basketball fan which means I will watch games every Saturday all day.
