Member of the Week
Established in 1927, the SANYO DENKI Group started with the import and sale of electrical equipment. In 1932, they developed a radio power generator, laying the foundation for the SANUPS brand today that primarily specializes in uninterruptible power supplies. Capitalizing on the expertise in rotary technology gained from SANUPS developments, they introduced Japan's first AC and DC servo motors under the brand name of SANMOTION in 1952. In 1965, they launched the San Ace brand for cooling fans, leveraging motor technology. Today, they operate under three product brands: SANUPS, SANMOTION, and San Ace.
Sanyo Denki has been an ECIA member for 18 years.
