June 2025 Highlight - Brian Giudice, Alliance Electronics Marketing Group and Millennium Alliance

What is your involvement with ECIA and what have you gained from your engagement with the association?

I am part of the Global Industry Practices Committee (GIPC) as the lone manufacturers’ representative member. The other committee members come from the manufacturing and distribution community and ECIA management.

My involvement with this talented group of industry professionals has given me a better understanding of key issues affecting the electronics industry. We share our individual perspectives and collaborate on ideas that develop and promote best practices. We hope these ideas enhance the efficiency, planning, and decision-making of ECIA members and the industry at large.

It has been a great pleasure being part of a team that is working toward a common goal of enhancing the processes and practices we all need. Many of us would be considered competitors, but we put that aside, in the best interest of this industry that we love!

What does your company do and what is your role in your company?

I am Vice President of Sales at Alliance Electronics Marketing Group and Millennium Alliance.  We represent numerous electronics manufacturers, acting as their field sales team. We provide the sales and marketing function and maintain the important relationships, with the customer, the manufacturer, and the distributor.  We coordinate many of the customer interactions including technical support, quoting, negotiations, and order processing. We provide the market intelligence for our local areas to help manufacturers develop key products and strategies. We provide training and other support for the local distribution network. The manufacturers’ representative plays a key role in insuring customer satisfaction and the resulting sales revenue growth!

What is your favorite thing about this industry?

It is great being on the leading edge of new technologies and processes. Electronics is part of everything we touch each day and impacts our lives every minute!  Innovation is constantly impacting the way we live, and I am very excited to be part of a community that touches everything from the cars we drive to the watches on our wrist! We have a unique opportunity to enhance the experience, health, and welfare of everyday life for everyone! It is exciting!!

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

I enjoy woodworking, biking, hiking, and all kinds of music! I am from Kentucky, originally,  so bourbon is in my blood. I have a small collection! 

Of course, my kids and grandkids will always be at the top of my list!
