FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ECIA Executive Conference to Be Held in NEW Location for 2025
Westin O’Hare will welcome the 2025 ECIA Executive Conference in October

Atlanta - ECIA is pleased to announce that the 2025 Executive Conference will be held at a NEW location, the Westin O’Hare, for 2025. Previously held at the Loews O’Hare in Rosemont for 10+ years, the new location offers a larger space that is near the airport and about a half mile from the old location.

The Westin O’Hare is approximately 40% bigger in ballroom square footage. This extra room allows for the conference to grow in attendance. The bigger space also enables the planning teams to get creative with seating arrangements, staging and more. Rosemont, IL is home to many top restaurants including Carlucci’s located directly across from the Westin, O’Hare. The Parkway Bank Park entertainment district is also nearby and gives attendees plenty of options for dining, live music, comedy and other entertainment after conference hours.

The ECIA Executive Conference is specifically tailored for senior management and executives in the electronic components industry. The date for the 2025 Executive Conference is October 19-21, 2025. Seventy-five percent of the conference attendees are directors, senior managers and c-level executives. The theme for 2025 is “Amped Up, The Power of Tomorrow.”

“The Executive Conference is growing and so are the needs of our planning committees. We are looking forward to hosting another packed Executive Conference at an exciting new venue. We welcome this location change, and we are ready to make a big splash! The planning committees are already hard at work vetting speakers, topics and securing sponsorships,” stated Victor Meijers, ECIA Senior Vice President. “We are indeed AMPED UP for the 2025 Executive Conference.”
