The ECIA Executive Conference is the PREMIER Event for Industry Executives. The date for the 2025 Executive Conference is October 19-21, 2025, at a NEW LOCATION, the Westin O’Hare Hotel.
Sponsorships can be shared among multiple companies. Note: All sponsoring companies must be identified prior to committing.
NEW FOR 2025, ALL Champion and Premier level sponsors will get DISCOUNTED registrations for all attendees (in addition to any included registrations)!

EDS 2025 Updates
EDS Attendee Registration will open soon!
Attendee registration (Reps and Distributors) for EDS 2025 will open around January 15. Prior to that, previous attendees will be sent an email with a passcode to access the online registration. Please check your spam folder and whitelist [email protected]. Companies with space at EDS 2025 will register their staff under that space and not as Attendees.
Important Points:
- The EDS website is a great source of information! Please consult the EDS 2025 tab and the Registration tab for participation rules, space options and ways to make contacts. Please remember that for security purposes and to maintain the integrity of the event, everyone in the show area is required to display an EDS 2025 badge.
- If you do not currently receive EDS communications and would like to, please fill out this form to be added to the email list.
- The participation fees for EDS 2025 are based on membership status at the time of registration. If you are unsure of your ECIA membership status, please confirm before registering for EDS.

ECIA offers its members insight into the industry and a variety of market trends information. Members can log into the website and visit the Stats & Insights page to access an increasing number of statistical reports. Some are available to the public, some to members and others are only accessible to those who participate in the survey.

EIA Standards Updates
Standards Meetings
The next meeting of the CE-2.0 National Connector and Socket Standards Committee will take place in Orlando, FL on March 5-6, 2025. The CE-2 Committee creates and maintains the EIA connector and sockets standards, including the EIA-364 Test Procedures. The next Engineering Summit, for the EIA passive components standards, will take place in Austin, TX on April 9-10, 2025.
