Section 301 Investigation - Request for Comments

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is conducting a four-year review of the July 6, 2018, action, as modified, and the August 23, 2018, action, as modified, in the section 301 investigation of China’s Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation. 

USTR is seeking public comments on the effectiveness of the actions in achieving the objectives of the investigation. This comment period began in November and will close on January 17, 2023.

ECIA is recommending members and other interested parties submit comments regarding the impact of the China tariffs on the electronics industry. To submit comments, visit USTR-2022-0014.
