Promoted to global president, Avnet Electronics Marketing in October 2013, Mr. Fay is responsible for the operating group's strategic direction, day-to-day operations and global performance. He reports to Avnet, Inc. CEO William Amelio. Mr. Fay is a member of the Avnet Executive Board and a corporate officer.
5:15 - 5:45 pm Presentation: Tushar Nandwana, One Beacon Technology Insurance [Tushar Nandwana Presentation Artificial Intelligence]
This presentation will focus on artificial intelligence/machine learning systems and growth in this technology. It will also review the proliferation of its use in existing and new applications, and potential concerns or hazards associated with AI technology.
Tushar is the Technology Risk Control Manager of the Technology Segment at OneBeacon. He currently serves as Segment Manager, specializing in risk control matters pertaining to technology companies and oversees the development of technology-related whitepapers and internal technology, risk control guidelines. He has expertise in the evaluation of exposure and controls that are present with technology-related companies, and providing consultative guidance to such firms to enhance their existing risk management processes.

Scotty Miller is vice president of Supply Chain Management for General Dynamics Mission Systems and directs procurement activities for all companies within the General Dynamics Information Systems and Technology business group. Miller’s Supply Chain team is responsible for the subcontract management and procurement of all materials, services and support across the company.
