5:15 - 6:00 pm  Presentation [Sam Lucero Presentation February 6, 2018]
LuceroSamSam Lucero, an IHS Markit senior analyst, will lead off the Phoenix meeting and provide an overview of how technologies are converging to reshape markets. Citing the automotive industry as a prime example, he will talk about how these technologies are presenting both opportunities and challenges for automotive players.

What’s the future of demand creation in the channel? How will service requirements change to address the needs of emerging customers?
